Hello, my name is Shameika Raines. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Oaks Dynamics, a role I’ve proudly held since 2022.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Before becoming a BCBA, I was a dedicated Special Education Teacher, gaining years of hands-on experience supporting learners with diverse needs.
My work focuses on developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans aimed at increasing functional communication and social skills, while decreasing undesired behaviors. I am deeply committed to evidence-based practices, collaboration with families and teams, and empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and an improved quality of life.
